In cooperation with the College of Business at the University of West Florida in Pensacola , we offer professionals the opportunity to complete the degree "Executive Master of Business Administration in General and International Management".

The 18-month program is directed at university graduates from all academic fields who have at least two years of work experience.

The academic degree Master of Business Administration (MBA) is awarded by the University of West Florida and is valid and accepted in Germany , due to the accreditation of the program by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) .

Due to the close cooperation between both universities, this innovative MBA program provides a very efficient and modern way of transferring knowledge, while taking into account the increasing job requirements and challenges within the global economy. The combination of in-class lectures and internet-based training modules, business projects in Germany and the US as well as the international background of our faculty members guarantees a high level of flexibility and quality of the program.

The program contains all classic subjects, which constitute an MBA degree in General and International Management: Based on a solid foundation of knowledge in quantitative methods and modern information technology, the program addresses all major issues in controlling, financial management, operations management as well as marketing. Management and leadership skills are developed and extended in courses such as "Management and Organizational Behavior", "Advanced Managerial Economics" or "Business & Public Policy."

Finally, the course "Strategic Management and Policy Formulation" concludes the MBA program by combining all managerial functions within one final course. This final project session requires a 3-week stay on the campus of the University of West Florida in Pensacola . After this final course has been completed, the participants join for a solemn commencement ceremony, which is held on the campus of the University of West Florida in Pensacola to celebrate their graduation and successful completion of the program.
